Shipping information: Pre-orders of 2025 Collection will start shipping from September 9th. Please note, that any order containing pre-order products will be put on hold to ship together from September 9th.
Standard orders will be processed within 2-4 business days. Express orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. This is in addition to the shipping time, which depends on location and delivery method.
Returns Policy: We offer refunds within 14 days of receipt. Please note personalised items can’t be returned.
Bookbound Planners, Journals & Notebooks can be personalised with up to 5 characters, and Ring Binder Covers & Organisers can be personalised with up to 3 characters (uppercase letters, numbers or periods).
Please note personalisation costs an additional £5 per product, and personalised products are non-refundable.
