Shipping information: Standard orders will be processed within 2-4 business days. Express orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. This is in addition to the shipping time, which depends on location and delivery method.
Pre-order details: Pre-orders will begin shipping from the date specified on product pages. Any order containing a pre-order item will be put on hold until this date.
Returns Policy: We offer refunds on unpersonalised products within 14 days of receipt. Please note personalised and outlet items can’t be returned.
Bookbound Planners, Journals & Notebooks can be personalised with up to 5 characters, and Ring Binder Covers & Organisers can be personalised with up to 3 characters (uppercase letters, numbers or periods).
Please note personalisation costs an additional £5 per product, and personalised products are non-refundable.
Please note, colours may vary due to lighting and screen calibration. This is also a handmade product, which may so shows signs of wear & tear overtime with use.
