Returns Policy: We offer refunds within 14 days of receipt. Please note personalised items can’t be returned. 

This product can be personalised with up to 5 characters (uppercase letters, numbers or periods).

Please note personalisation costs an additional £5 per product, and personalised products are non-refundable.

The best morning journal, not even an exaggeration

I’ve been using journal’s for years and have been trying my hardest to add journalling to my morning routine. I’ve tried many over the years, gratitude journal’s in particular, but having the exact same prompts every day gets a bit repetitive after some time, so I would always give up after several weeks.

This morning journal has been a game changer and has transformed my morning routines. The different morning journaling prompt for every day is great because it makes you think about topics you may not think to journal about, and every day is different. I also love the daily affirmations (and not having to get on my phone to find one every day). My favourite part of my morning now is rolling out bed, opening the blinds, making my breaky & a coffee and tucking up on my couch to fill out my journal. It’s the best start to my day!

The perfect tool for a mindful morning

I wanted to start journaling more but the practice is pretty intimidating when you open a blank page. I was looking for a journal with simple prompts as a way to start a healthier morning routine and saw this one featured in a YouTubers video. Though expensive with shipping, I think this was a great investment in myself and I love that I can get the journal done in 10 minutes each morning. It really does make my mind feel that much clearer getting initial thoughts out and tracking good habits.
