Product Warranty Policy
We want you to love your purchase and feel confident in its quality. That’s why all of our products come with a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery. Discover full terms below:
1. Standard Warranty Coverage
During the standard 6-month warranty period, if your item develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect or faulty materials, we will offer one of the following solutions at no extra cost to you:
• A repair, where possible
• A replacement of the same or equivalent product
• A full or partial refund if neither repair nor replacement is possible
2. What’s Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover issues caused by:
• Normal wear and tear (e.g. scratches, fading, scuffing)
• Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect
• Modifications or repairs not carried out by us
• Products that have been used outside their intended purpose
3. After 6 Months
Even after the warranty period ends, we don’t want you to feel unsupported. If you experience a problem with your product after 6 months, please get in touch. While we can’t guarantee free repairs or replacements, we will:
• Do our best to offer advice, and
• Where possible, provide a discounted replacement or goodwill solution.
4. How to Make a Warranty Claim
To request support under this warranty, please:
1. Contact us at hello@theinspiredstories.com with your order number.
2. Provide a description of the issue and, if possible, include photos showing the fault.
3. We’ll respond within 3 business days to confirm next steps.
5. Your Legal Rights
This warranty is offered in addition to your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 (or equivalent local laws if purchasing outside the UK). Nothing in this policy affects those rights.
