We believe you will love our products. If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Please read the policy below carefully, as it forms part of the terms agreed to at the time of purchase:
Important Information About Personalised Products
Personalised products cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once fulfilment has begun, unless they are faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.
Please review all personalisation details carefully before placing your order.
Returning Non-Personalised Products
Should you wish to return non-personalised products, you can return them within within 14 days of receipt.
For our returns address, please email us at hello@theinspiredstories.com with your order number and returns request.
Returned items must be unused and returned in the same condition in which they were received. Where possible, items should be returned in their original packaging.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for return items lost in transit.
Products That Cannot Be Returned
Unless faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly, personalised and outlet products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@theinspiredstories.com.
Please include your order number and, where possible, photographs showing the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter promptly in accordance with your consumer rights.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
For valid withdrawals of non-personalised products, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and credit the refund to your account.
Lost Deliveries
An item is considered lost if it has not been delivered within 25 working days after its expected delivery date.
Experience shows that parcels may still arrive within these timeframes, so we may ask you to wait until the applicable period has elapsed before issuing a replacement or refund.
Warranty
All products are covered by our 6-month warranty from the date of delivery. For full details, please refer to our Warranty Policy.
Changes to Orders
If you need to change your order or delivery address, please contact us at hello@theinspiredstories.com as soon as possible.
We aim to process orders quickly and therefore cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been placed. However, we will always do our best to accommodate your request where possible.
