Pre-order details: Pre-orders/items on hold will be marked clearly on product pages with a dispatch date. Any order containing a pre-order/hold item will be put on hold and sent together until the date specified on the product page.
Returns Policy: We offer refunds on unused, unopened and unpersonalised products within 14 days of receipt. Please note personalised and outlet items can’t be returned.
Product(s) can be personalised with up to 5 characters (uppercase letters, numbers or periods). Please note personalisation costs an additional £5 per product or bundle. Personalised products are non-refundable.

I bought this daily diary for the second time this year. It has some really great features, it is really good quality and I enjoy using it! My ONLY request would be some brighter colour options or even patterned covers, other than that you can't go wrong!
