Shipping information: Standard orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. Express orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. This is in addition to the shipping time, which depends on location and delivery method. 

Pre-order details: Pre-orders/items on hold will be marked clearly on product pages with a dispatch date. Any order containing a pre-order/hold item will be put on hold and sent together until the date specified on the product page.

Returns Policy: We offer refunds on unused, unopened and unpersonalised products within 14 days of receipt. Please note personalised and outlet items can’t be returned. 

Products with an “Add Personalisation” button can be personalised for an additional cost, which will be added to the main product price. Character limits vary depending on the product and will be stated within the personalisation request box. Please hover over the tooltips for further information.
